The Trend Two Flute Aluminium Plastic HSSE Router Cutter is a specialist straight two-flute cutter designed for drilling and slotting aluminium, anodised duralumin, and uPVC plastic with precision and reliability.

Manufactured from HSSE (High Speed Steel Enhanced), this cutter is formulated to handle the most demanding anodised finishes that would rapidly wear conventional tooling. The two-flute geometry allows the cutter to plunge directly into material before machining lateral slots, making it highly versatile for a range of routing and milling tasks.

This cutter is particularly well suited to recessing and slotting aluminium extrusions — a common requirement in window fabrication, shopfitting, and aluminium fabrication work. It is equally effective for grooving and profiling uPVC profiles and sheet plastics. As with all aluminium cutting tooling, use with a coolant, wax stick, or suitable lubricant is recommended to maintain performance and extend tool life.
