Wera 8790 HMA Zyklop 1/4" Drive Hexagon Socket Imperial
The Wera 8790 HMA Zyklop 1/4" Drive Hexagon Socket in 5/16" is one of the most widely used imperial sizes in this range, suitable for a broad spectrum of fastening tasks in automotive, electrical, and general mechanical work. The 23 mm overall length makes it a practical everyday socket.
Conforming to ISO 2725 part 3, this socket performs dependably in both manual and power tool operations (non-impact). The knurled lower end maintains a confident grip in wet or oily conditions, while the ball stop groove prevents accidental disengagement from the drive during operation.
The Wera 'Take it easy' colour coding system ensures this 5/16" socket is easy to locate quickly in any set. Made from matt chrome-plated chrome-vanadium steel, it offers excellent toughness and resistance to wear over extended use.
