Wera 8790 HMC Deep 1/2" Drive Hexagon Socket Metric
The Wera 8790 HMC Deep 1/2" Drive Hexagon Socket in 14mm is well suited to a broad spectrum of professional tasks, from automotive work to structural assembly, where this metric size appears frequently on bolts and fixings. Its deep profile gives the reach required to tackle fasteners in restricted or recessed locations.
Constructed to ISO 2725 part 3 from matt chromed chrome-vanadium steel, the socket offers robust performance under demanding conditions. The hexagonal drive profile ensures a positive grip on fastener heads, transmitting high torque efficiently whilst reducing the risk of rounding. A ball intercept ring secures the socket on the drive for both hand and machine (non-impact) operation.
Knurling on the lower body aids manual handling, and the colour-coded Take it easy system ensures the 14mm is always easy to find.
