The Abus T65AL Series Aluminium Padlock is a lightweight yet robust security solution designed for applications where colour coding and personalisation are required. This 40mm padlock combines aluminium construction with keyed alike convenience, making it ideal for multi-point lockout systems, site security, or situations where multiple padlocks need to operate with a single key.

Built from precision extruded pure aluminium, this padlock delivers excellent strength-to-weight ratio while remaining resistant to corrosion. The through hardened shackle provides strong cut resistance, whilst the zinc plated brass lock mechanism ensures long-term reliability even in challenging environments. A 5-pin rust-free tumbler mechanism offers ABUS Security Level 5 protection.

The distinctive red coating uses a special formula that allows users to write directly on the padlock body using coloured pens or permanent markers, making identification and organisation straightforward on busy sites.
