The ALM Manufacturing CH016 Chainsaw Safety Leggings provide essential leg protection for chainsaw operators, designed with adjustable safety straps to accommodate waist sizes from 28 to 44 inches. This one-size-fits-all design makes them a practical choice for contractors, groundskeepers, and homeowners who require certified protective equipment for chainsaw work.
These safety leggings conform to EN381, the EC standard for domestic chainsaw use, and carry CE approval for use across the UK and Europe. The Class 1 classification indicates protection against chain speeds of 20 metres per second, making them suitable for typical domestic and light commercial chainsaw applications.
The adjustable strap system ensures a secure fit across a wide range of users, eliminating the need to stock multiple sizes whilst maintaining the proper positioning of protective material over vulnerable areas of the legs during chainsaw operation.
