Armorgard Flexikart Pallet Skate

The Armorgard Flexikart is a heavy-duty folding pallet skate designed to safely transport loads up to 1200kg without the need for a forklift. This versatile manual handling solution is ideal for busy construction sites, warehouses and workshops where materials need to be moved efficiently and stored off the ground.

Built to accommodate standard 1200x1000mm pallets, the Flexikart features four independently folding support arms that can be raised or lowered as required. When all four arms are locked upright, the unit securely holds pallets in place, whilst folding the arms down allows larger or oversized loads to be transported. For exceptionally long items such as metal beams, timber lengths, pipe or ducting, two Flexikarts can be twinned together to provide stable support across the entire length.

Manoeuvrability is ensured by four swivel castors, two of which are fitted with brakes for secure positioning during loading and unloading. Built-in lashing points allow loads to be properly secured, preventing materials from shifting during transport and reducing the risk of accidents. When not in use, the compact folding design allows multiple units to be stacked efficiently, maximising storage space on site.
