The Bahco Hand File in 200mm (8") length with Smooth (Fine) cut delivers approximately 62 teeth per 25mm for precision finishing across a wide range of applications. This versatile size offers generous coverage whilst maintaining excellent control for achieving fine surface finishes. The smooth cut grade is perfect for final finishing operations on high-alloy tool steels, producing excellent surface quality whilst removing material in a controlled, efficient manner.

Engineered with a double cut on both sides and one safe edge, this file allows precise work in corners without damaging adjacent surfaces. The tanged design ensures secure handle attachment for confident filing on demanding finishing projects.
