BizWeld Cape Hood

The BizWeld Cape Hood is a flame-resistant protective hood designed for welders and metalworkers requiring reliable head and neck coverage in high-heat environments.

Constructed from a 40+ UPF rated fabric, the cape hood provides certified protection against radiant, convective and contact heat, as well as molten metal splash — making it suitable for welding, foundry work, and other applications where heat and metal hazard exposure is a consistent risk. A self-fabric drawcord allows the fit to be adjusted for individual comfort and a secure seal around the face.

Carrying both CE (Category III) and UKCA certification, this hood meets the requirements for Personal Protective Equipment used in serious or irreversible risk environments. It must be worn in conjunction with a suitable coverall or jacket and trouser combination to ensure full body protection.
