BizWeld Plus Auto Darkening Welding Helmet

The BizWeld Plus Auto Darkening Welding Helmet is a professional-grade welding helmet designed to protect welders' eyes and face while maintaining clear visibility between welds.

When welding activity begins, the helmet's auto-darkening filter switches automatically from a light state of DIN 4 to a dark shade adjustable between DIN 9 and DIN 13 via an external control knob. The response time from light to dark is 0.04 milliseconds, with a return from dark to clear in 0.03–0.04 seconds — minimising disruption to workflow and reducing eye strain during repetitive welding tasks.

Power is provided by integrated solar cells, supported by two built-in lithium back-up batteries with a working life of over 5,000 hours. There is no need for replacement batteries, making this helmet a practical and low-maintenance choice for regular use on site or in the workshop.

The helmet features a superior optical quality LCD filter and a wheel ratchet size adjustment system for a secure, comfortable fit. It is suitable for use alongside disposable respirators, making it compatible with full PPE setups where COSHH requirements apply. CE certified and suitable for a wide range of welding applications, it is an ideal everyday welding helmet for professional welders and contractors.
