Very pleased with the perfomance, it zipped through thicker branches no problem, I did have the chain come undone on a thinner branch, but I think I left it a bit too slack. Once I refitted the chain a bit tighter it worked fine.
I've had the pole saw for about a year now & in that time done a lot of cutting. I also have a Bosch cordless one which, in comparison to the Black & Decker one, quite frankly, is rubbish. It's like a playing with a kiddy one ! The replacement chains are easy to fit, very sharp & enduring & the whole thing is good. I rate it highly.
