Very pleased overall and I would recommend it higher than anything I have ever used before. Upsides. The water tank is quite good and holds a lot more compared to others, just 1 refill for a large area. It dries almost instantly - very impressed compared to an average mop I was extra pleased with the upholstery cleaner as it has brought up my pale grey suite beautifully. Super quick ..Such a relief. Downsides are it doesn’t stand alone, and my last steamer did, It kept crashing to the floor. There is no carpet cleaner attachment on mine. The short length of wire means I have to unplug frequently or find an extension lead.

Good quality black and decker product. Steams well and isn’t too heavy!

I like that you can alter the power of the steam, great also that you can use it as hand held and is also gentle on my wooden floors. Good product.

The steamer worked very well. But broke after an hours use. The return and refund was handled quickly with no issues.
