Black and Decker GTC5455PC 54v Cordless Dualvolt Hedge Trimmer 600mm
The GTC5455PC is ideal for larger hedges thanks to its 60cm hardened steel dual action blades. The inclusion of a PowerCommand control allows the machine to be used for slower, more powerful cuts when required - enabling the trimmer to slice through tougher branches without jamming the blades. And thanks to the cordless nature of the tool, you can trim freely all over your garden, without the worry of power cables becoming entangled or the hassle of buying and storing fuel.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.

So upgrading to 54v means you can still make use of your 18v power tool range. 54v batteries are currently available in 4.5ah (18v mode) / 1.5ah (54v mode) & 7.5ah (18v mode) / 2.5ah (54v mode).
