Only had this a few days and used it once (hence performance rating of 4 stars) to trim protruding screws, easy to use and worked very well. Maybe a trifle expensive but it seems a strong and well built tool with 3 interchangeable discs for various uses.

I am unable to charge as no charging lead therefore unable to give accurate rating...I have raised this with yourselves and still awaiting this.

Q : I just had to return mine to Amazon because it wouldn't charge. I asked for a replacement but they said there were none available because the product had been 'reported'. It was great while the charge lasted and I want another but I'm nervous that there are some issues with it?
A : Hi John, I'm not aware of any problems being reported with this particular product so far, and it appeared to still be available for sale on Amazon when I just checked then - note that it comes with a three year warranty, and I'm pretty sure it's been on the market for less than three years, so I'd imagine you should be able to get a replacement under warranty?
Q : Is the Charger included?
A : This product comes with a USB charging lead which can be used with any standard USB Socket or 5v USB Plug such as those used for Mobile Phones and Tablets.
Q : where to get replacement grinding disc & how much are they ?
A : Hi Chris, it looks like so far there are only cutting and sanding accessories available for the EasyCut&Grind (as can be viewed in the accessories section of the product page). At time of writing this is still a very new product so Bosch may have more in the pipeline to come out later on.

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design. Please note that cordless products will normally have a shorter warranty of just 1 Year for the battery and or charger supplied.

We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
