Bosch PCM 8 S Sliding Compound Mitre Saw
The saw is supplied with four manoeuvrable side extensions - these can be positioned as required to form a stable support for the material to be cut, raising it up to the correct level while the included clamp can be pressed into service to hold it in place. The sliding, compound action allows for a variety of angles and deployments along the workpiece while for ensured accuracy, a laser beam illuminates the target area to show the path of the blade's descent. Combined with the adjustable depth stop, this allows for straight and precise cuts every time.
To keep the work area clean from dust while in use, the mitre saw has an extraction system and an included dust bag for easy collection and disposal, while a vaccuum cleaner can be alternatively connected to the rear dust port when more capacity is needed.
The PCM 8 S was also designed with portability in mind - it is lightweight and can be easily and safely transported using the softgrip handle at the rear of the machine. The unit can also be mounted to a workbench if a more permanent installation is required.
