Bosch PEX 220 A Orbital Disc Sander 125mm

The Bosch PEX 220 A is a 125mm random orbit sander designed for fine sanding and polishing on smaller-sized surfaces. Lightweight and compact, it's well suited to tradespeople and competent DIYers who need precise, comfortable control across a range of finishing tasks.

Powered by a 220 W motor and running at 24,000 opm, the PEX 220 A delivers consistent sanding performance on wood, plaster, filler, painted, varnished, and polished surfaces. The 2.5mm orbit diameter makes it particularly effective for fine finishing work, including curved surfaces where control is essential.

One-handed use in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions is made practical by the palm grip handle, lightweight build, and low vibration levels — reducing operator fatigue during extended use. The integrated Microfilter dust box helps keep the working area cleaner, supporting a tidier job site and reducing airborne dust exposure.
