The DeWalt DCS438E2T 18v XR Brushless Powerstack Kit is a versatile mini circular saw designed for professional tradespeople tackling diverse cutting applications. This compact yet powerful tool excels at cutting sheet metal, pipes, ducting, tiles, conduit, trunking, cable tray, drywall, fibre cement board, fibreglass, plastic sheets and timber.
Powered by an 18v brushless motor delivering 550 watts in a compact form, the DCS438 provides exceptional performance with a 76mm disc diameter. The kit includes two DCBP034 18v XR Compact Powerstack batteries, a DCB112 charger, tool-free dust guard, and a comprehensive selection of cutting accessories housed in a practical TSTAK carry case.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
