DeWalt DWH161N 18v XR Universal Cordless Dust Extractor

The DeWalt DWH161N is a compact cordless dust extractor designed to protect tradespeople from harmful dust and debris when drilling, chasing or cutting. Part of DeWalt's Perform and Protect range, this 18v XR extractor weighs just 1.7kg and can be worn on your person using the included belt hook or shoulder strap, making it ideal for mobile work across construction sites and occupied properties.

Powered by DeWalt's 18v XR battery platform (also compatible with 54v Flexvolt batteries), the DWH161N features an energy-efficient brushless motor for extended runtime. The washable HEPA filter captures 99.5% of particles 0.3 microns and larger, providing effective protection against hazardous dust including silica when used with appropriate drilling methods. A stepped power tool adaptor connects the extractor to most power tools on the market, whilst a crevice nozzle enables standalone cleaning tasks.

The DWH161N is WTC (Wireless Tool Control) capable, allowing it to be synchronised with compatible DeWalt power tools for automatic activation when the trigger is pulled. A two-second switch-off delay ensures all remaining dust is extracted after the tool stops. The extractor can also be operated independently using a WTC remote control (sold separately). The 1-metre flexible anti-static hose and 0.21-litre tank capacity provide practical dust collection for cordless hammer drills and similar applications.
