The DeWalt Extreme Zirconium Oxide Flap Disc in 115mm diameter with a 40 grit is the go-to choice for professionals requiring aggressive, rapid stock removal on metal surfaces. Constructed with durable zirconium oxide grain, this disc achieves 3x faster material removal compared to conventional resin-bonded fibre discs. The Type 27 profile allows for grinding angles of 0–15 degrees, providing excellent flexibility across applications. Its iron, sulphur, and chlorine-free formulation ensures contaminant-free grinding on stainless steel and other sensitive materials. Supplied as a single disc.
