Dormer G136 HSS 90 Deg Countersink
The 16.5mm diameter Dormer G136 HSS 90° Countersink is ideal for medium to larger countersunk fixings, particularly suited to M8-M10 screws. This size is commonly used in fabrication work, machinery assembly, and general engineering projects where substantial flush-fitting fixings are required.
Constructed from high-speed steel with a bright finish, this countersink offers reliable performance in free-machining steels, plain carbon steels, alloy steels, copper, and copper alloys. The three-flute design ensures efficient chip evacuation whilst the 90° angle creates precise conical seats.
