Dormer G136 HSS 90 Deg Countersink
The 19mm diameter Dormer G136 HSS 90° Countersink is ideal for larger countersunk fixings and heavy-duty metalwork applications. This size is particularly suited to fabrication work where M10-M12 countersunk screws are commonly used, providing the necessary recess depth for secure, flush-fitting installations.
Manufactured from high-speed steel with a bright finish, this countersink offers excellent performance across free-machining steels, plain carbon steels, alloy steels, copper, and copper alloys. The three-flute design ensures efficient chip evacuation whilst the 90° cutting angle creates precise conical seats for professional results.
