The 5.5mm Draper 1/4" Drive VDE Fully Insulated Hexagon Socket offers another intermediate sizing option for specialist electrical applications. Constructed from chrome vanadium steel with full hardening, tempering and chrome plating, it delivers professional-grade durability.
Rigorously tested to 10,000V, this socket is certified safe for working on live electrical systems up to 1000V AC or 1500V DC. The 6-point hexagon design maximises contact area with fastener flats, ensuring positive engagement and reducing the likelihood of slippage or damage.
