Draper Aluminium Oxide Sanding Discs 230mm

These 230mm, 240 grit sanding discs are engineered for ultra-fine finishing work and final surface preparation. The very fine 240 grit rating makes them ideal for achieving smooth, polished surfaces, final finish preparation before coating applications, and removing fine scratches or blemishes without aggressive material removal.

Manufactured from aluminium oxide with resin bonding, these discs provide extended service life alongside anti-static properties and superior grain adhesion. The heavy-duty E-weight backing paper enhances performance and durability, ensuring the disc can withstand the demands of precision finishing work. The hook and loop backing system promotes excellent adhesion whilst enabling quick disc changes when required.

Suitable for sanding and finishing on wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastics and fillers, these versatile discs are compatible with all 230mm bench sanders equipped with hook and loop backing, including Draper's 230V Belt and Disc Sander with Tool Stand (Stock No. 98423).
