Draper PWP27 Petrol Trash Water Pump
The Draper PWP27 is a petrol-powered trash water pump designed for pumping water in remote locations without mains electricity. With an 85 litres per minute flow rate and self-priming capability, this portable pump handles demanding applications including draining flooded premises, emptying footings on construction sites, and clearing large ponds or water features.
Powered by a reliable 2.5HP four-stroke petrol engine with 98cc displacement, the PWP27 delivers consistent performance with an easy-pull recoil start system. The four-stroke engine design offers improved fuel efficiency and reduced emissions compared to two-stroke alternatives, and is fully compatible with E10 fuel. The 1.4-litre fuel tank capacity provides extended operating time between refills, whilst the compact 11kg weight ensures reasonable portability around site.
The pump achieves a maximum head height of 10 metres and can draw water from depths up to 6 metres, making it suitable for a wide range of drainage and water transfer tasks. Both inlet and outlet apertures are 25mm diameter, and the pump comes complete with three metal hose couplings for secure connections, a suction filter to protect the impeller from debris, and a box spanner for routine maintenance.

Petrol Engines
It is important to read all instructions regarding petrol products. 4 Stroke engines require oil and some machines are supplied dry (No oil to start with). Running a 4 stroke petrol machine without oil will result in the engine seizing and is not covered under warranty.
2 Stroke engines will need to have a mix of oil in the petrol this is normally 1 part oil to 50 parts petrol but not always, again please read the instructions supplied with your machine. Petrol engines do require more maintenance than electric engines but if reguarly maintained they will normally give many years of use.
