Superb piece of kit. Generally beautifully made but the wide flame head needed a little adjustment with pliers to get a good fit. Apart from 'trying out' the various tips I've only really used it for soldering brass models, both with the soldering tip and, for larger pieces, with an open flame. Easy to use and control this is the best money I've spent in quite a while.

Q : Hi can i collect it today ?
A : Hi Claudiu, you can place an order for collection from the shop but please note we are dealing with a huge volume of orders at the moment and you would have to wait for an email confirming its ready for collection before turning up (unfortunately there is likely to be a long delay as we are processing thousands of orders at the moment)

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
