Bought this predominately for moving our larger plant pots around our courtyard garden which is block paved which it does with ease. So the solid wheels it comes with are ideal. Product is well made and good value for the price.

This seems likely to be a most useful purchase. however, two difficulties, or even faults, have emerged. 1. the first illustrated use procedure, - lowering the base to use position -, could not readily be carried out. only after lubrication could the niches be eased over the chocks. even then, it was not one simple movement, as suggested by the pictorial directions, but each niche had to be freed manually. this further showed the chocks to be retained in place by what seemed a rather flimsy mechanism, which raised questions about how long the parts would remain in operation. this might become a more serious problem if the trolley was to be used over other than relatively clean surfaces. the initial lubrication which i undertook does not seem to produce a long-lasting effect. if instead of mild lubrication one was to use serious amounts of grease or oil, this presumably would retain any dirt or grit in its whereabouts and create a worse problem. 2. when i picked up the trolley today, -to verify the details outlined above -, one wheel fell off, heavily, in a manner which could have been hazardous to an unprotected toe or shin. the split pin used to retain it had fallen out, after only one relatively light session of previous work. this should be fairly easy to replace but is, none the less, disappointing.
