Only had for just over a week, so far so good. Slightly noisy needs to be put on a firm non hollow base with the belt changing top shut properly. Good Luck

I bought this because I'd bought an Einhell chainsaw and appreciated its features and price. The Einhell Bench Drill is is easy to construct and looks good. I like the ease with which you can change the drill speed and to smoothness of its drilling. But the stand's foot and platform are made out of pressed metal so not as substantial as a my previous drill that had cast metal parts (and in relative terms was much cheaper). Also the drill is very noisy because the cover for the belt resonates when the motor runs. I had to fit an adhesive sponge strip around entire mating surface of the cover. I had no opportunity to physically look at this model of drill, and this of course is one limitation of internet shopping. Although I am happy generally with the drill, I believe there are similar but cheaper drills available - there are so many to choose from! I should say the supplier was excellent, and I would recommended them to everyone.

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design. Please note that cordless products will normally have a shorter warranty of just 1 Year for the battery and or charger supplied.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
After the first year any warranty claims should be resolved with the manufacturer directly. To claim the full warranty a registration form may need to be completed - please check the paperwork enclosed with this product when purchased.
