The Einhell TC-VC 18/15 18v Cordless Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner is a powerful member of the Power X-Change family, and can be flexibly combined with other tools in the system. A wet and dry vacuum cleaner is an indispensable aid for thorough, deep, intensive cleaning tasks. Materials such as car seats and covers, sofas or armchairs are not only cleaned superficially, but deep into the fibres with a wet and dry vacuum cleaner. Even with carpets or fixed materials, tiles or all types of open-pored tiles, a surface treatment alone often doesn't do the job. The wet and dry vacuum cleaner cleans thoroughly and is therefore a great addition to the household cleaning tool kit as well as for workshop applications.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

Important Information about Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaners
The tank capacity quoted is usually quoted for dry vacuuming. Capacity when being used for wet vacuuming will be significantly less than when dry vacuuming. Always read both the wet and dry capacities separately if they are published so as to understand what the difference is.
If in doubt you will always need a larger capacity vacuum than the capacity shown in the title as this will be quoted for dry vacuuming only.
The reason for this reduced capacity is that the water level has to be kept well below the motor and thus the capacity is reduced.
