The Einhell TC-VC 18/20 Li S cordless wet & dry vac is a high-performance member of the Power X-Change series, the flexible and interchangeable system series from Einhell. A wet and dry vacuum cleaner is an indispensable helper for thorough, in-depth and intensive cleaning jobs. Textiles such as car seats and covers, sofas or couches get cleaned deep down in the fibres with a wet & dry vac, not just on the surface. For carpets or fixed textiles too, as well as tiles or all types of glazed tiles with open pores, surface cleaning alone is often not enough. The wet & dry vac provides thorough cleaning and is an ideal addition to standard household cleaning appliances when it comes to stubborn and ingrained dirt. For patios and balconies the wet & dry vac restores the radiance to surfaces that are not sensitive to water, floors and wall panels, as well as joints and balcony struts.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

Important Information about Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaners
The tank capacity quoted is usually quoted for dry vacuuming. Capacity when being used for wet vacuuming will be significantly less than when dry vacuuming. Always read both the wet and dry capacities separately if they are published so as to understand what the difference is.
If in doubt you will always need a larger capacity vacuum than the capacity shown in the title as this will be quoted for dry vacuuming only.
The reason for this reduced capacity is that the water level has to be kept well below the motor and thus the capacity is reduced.
