Einhell TE-RS 40 E Random Orbital Disc Sander 125mm

The Einhell TE-RS 40 E is a 400W random orbital disc sander designed for smooth, swirl-free finishing on wood, painted surfaces, and similar materials.

The dual-action random orbital motion — combining rotation with eccentricity — eliminates the swirl marks associated with standard disc sanders, making it equally suitable for experienced tradespeople and capable DIYers tackling finishing work. Variable speed control allows the sander to be dialled in for different applications and materials, from rapid stock removal to fine surface preparation.

The two-handed design features a removable additional handle and rubberised soft-grip areas for secure, comfortable control during extended use. The balanced construction keeps vibration levels low, reducing fatigue on the job.

Dust management is handled by an integrated active extraction system with a filter box canister, keeping the working area clean and reducing airborne particles. The sander is also compatible with an external vacuum cleaner for enhanced dust collection on site. The 125mm hook and loop sanding discs are widely available and quick to change, minimising downtime between tasks.
