Everbuild 709 Flex Plus Latex Additive for Tile Adhesive and Floor Compound
The Everbuild 709 Flex Plus is a premium rubber-based latex additive designed to strengthen self-levelling floor compounds and powder tile adhesives whilst introducing a degree of flexibility into the substrate.
Added directly to the mix, the Flex Plus improves adhesion and provides limited movement capability within the sub-floor, making it particularly well suited to applications where some substrate flex is anticipated. This makes it an ideal choice when laying tiles or self-levelling compound over sound timber floors, where minor movement underfoot could otherwise compromise a rigid mix.
The 5-litre container is sized to mix with a 20kg bag of self-levelling floor compound or powder tile adhesive, making coverage planning straightforward on site.
