The Everbuild Thermofoam Insulation Foam is a highly flexible polyurethane expanding foam designed to provide airtight sealing and thermal insulation in construction applications. This specially formulated foam absorbs component movement to create durable, energy-efficient seals that reduce heat loss in buildings.

Ideal for professional window and door installers, this insulation foam adheres reliably to all common building materials including concrete, brickwork, wood, plaster, plastic, stone and metal. Its flexible formulation ensures long-lasting performance even where building materials expand or contract.

The foam has been rigorously tested to current standards, demonstrating excellent air permeability performance to EN 12114:200-03 and acoustic rating to EN ISO 717-1 up to 64 dB. It maintains structural integrity across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 80°C and carries a fire rating of ISO 13501 Class E, making it suitable for demanding construction environments.

Common applications include clean backfilling and insulated sealing of window frames and external roller blind cavities, gap filling around external door frames when used with mechanical fixings, and filling cavities in wall penetrations for utilities and services.
