Expert by Facom Flared Slotted Bolster Screwdriver
The Expert by Facom Flared Slotted Bolster Screwdriver is a heavy-duty hand tool designed for driving slotted fasteners in situations that demand extra torque — ideal for mechanics and engineers working on stubborn or over-tightened fixings.
The hex bolster welded directly onto the blade allows a spanner to be applied at the shank, giving you significantly more turning force without the risk of slipping or damaging the handle. This is the defining feature of a bolster screwdriver, making it the preferred choice when a standard screwdriver simply won't shift the fixing.
The blade is machined from chrome vanadium steel with a round chrome-plated profile and a sand-blasted tip for improved grip in the slot. The bimaterial ergonomic handle delivers both comfort during sustained use and the kind of secure grip needed when applying high rotational force.
Features and Benefits:
• Hex bolster welded to blade — apply a spanner for maximum torque on stubborn fixings
• Chrome vanadium steel blade for hardwearing, long-lasting performance
• Sand-blasted tip improves contact and reduces cam-out in slotted heads
• Bimaterial ergonomic handle for comfortable, controlled use
• Red colour-coded handle for quick bit-type identification in the toolbox
Specifications:
Length: 266mm
Weight: 150g
