Expert by Facom Universal Metal Shears
The Expert by Facom Universal Metal Shears are a professional-grade cutting tool designed for precise straight cuts through sheet metal and similar materials. Built to the exacting standards associated with the Facom brand, these shears are suited to fabricators, sheet metal workers, and contractors who require reliable performance on site or in the workshop.
The forged blades are manufactured from fine alloyed steel and hardened to 56–60 HRC, giving them the edge retention needed for consistent, clean cuts. The dual narrow upcurving blade design provides excellent visibility along the cut line, helping to maintain accuracy across a range of materials.
At 250mm in length and weighing 470g, these shears offer a comfortable balance between reach and control. The polished blade finish reduces friction during cutting, whilst the baked lacquered grips deliver a secure, comfortable hold during repeated use.
