The Facom RL.161HLF is a specialist 1/4" drive ratchet designed specifically for working with Hi-Lok, Hi-Lite and Hi-Tigue rivets in aerospace, aviation and specialist engineering applications. This dust-proof ratchet features Facom's innovative FLUO series handle with fluorescent material that can be detected using UV light, helping to prevent tool loss and foreign object damage in critical work environments.

The compact 22mm head provides excellent accessibility in confined spaces, whilst the 72-tooth mechanism delivers precise 5-degree incremental movements for accurate fastener control. A metal clip securely locks sockets onto the square drive, and the ratchet head incorporates a dedicated hole for inserting a key to lock the fastener during the tightening phase, essential for proper Hi-Lok installation procedures.

The fluorescent handle can be detected at distances up to 5 metres in dark or black environments when illuminated with a UV lamp or torch, making it ideal for aircraft maintenance, aerospace assembly work and other applications where tool control and accountability are critical safety requirements.
