The FAIFIHB10 is a 10" (250mm) hand file with Bastard Cut, featuring approximately 26 teeth per 25mm for coarse material removal. This mid-sized file offers an excellent balance between reach and manoeuvrability, making it ideal for general workshop tasks and medium-sized components. The coarse Bastard Cut is perfect for rapid stock removal on tougher materials and initial shaping work.
Fitted with a comfortable handle, this file maintains the parallel width and slightly tapered thickness characteristic of quality engineer's files. The double cut with safe edge allows you to work confidently near shoulders and edges without damaging finished surfaces.
