The Festool ADT-PS Guide Rail Adapter is a specialist adapter table designed to extend the versatility of Carvex jigsaws, enabling precise straight cuts and circular core cutting when used with compatible Festool accessories.

When paired with a Festool guide rail, the adapter allows accurate straight cuts in wood up to 20 mm thick — making it a reliable solution for carpenters and joiners who need consistent, repeatable results. It can be positioned on either the left or right side of the guide rail to suit different working setups.

The adapter is also compatible with the Festool KS-PS 400 core maker, allowing cores of up to 3 m in diameter to be cut out with ease. It is additionally required for installation in the Festool Compact Module System (CMS), making it a key component for those working within that system.

For straight cuts using a pendulum jigsaw with a guide rail, Festool recommends using TRION S 75/4 FSG saw blades — the gold-coloured blades available in three lengths. Their rigid construction supports accurate angle cuts alongside guide rail work.
