The Festool FS1900/2-KP is a 1900mm guide rail with integrated adhesive pads, designed to deliver straight, accurate cuts across a wide range of horizontal and vertical applications.

Invented and developed by Festool, this guide rail is particularly well suited to tasks where a secure, slip-free hold is essential — including cutting sheet materials to size, trimming doors to length, and cutting recesses in kitchen worktops. The adhesive pad system allows the rail to be secured to floors, work surfaces, and walls without clamping, making it equally effective for splitting tenons and routing precise, straight grooves.

The rubber lip runs right to the scribe mark, preventing edge splintering even during angled cuts — an important advantage when working with finished materials. A smooth-running coating on the underside of the rail ensures consistent machine travel, whilst the adhesive cushion strip protects delicate workpiece surfaces from damage.

Compatible with Festool Systainer storage systems, the guide rail can be transported neatly by inserting it above the Systainer carrying handle — a practical consideration for tradespeople working across multiple sites.
