The extraction bonnet features an 8-LED ring that delivers shadow-free 360° illumination across two brightness levels, ensuring clear visibility of the routing area at all times. With a colour temperature of 4500K and a colour rendering index of over 80 Ra, the light provides accurate, natural-looking illumination suited to detailed work.

The module is particularly well suited to grooving, rebating, milling pockets, and cutting recesses for fittings in areas where ambient lighting is poor. Simultaneous dust extraction keeps the work area clean, helping maintain visibility and reducing airborne dust during the routing process.

Compatible with all Festool OF 1400 router models, the bonnet fits without tools for fast, straightforward setup. The integrated LiPo battery delivers up to 6 hours of runtime and recharges in 90 minutes via a standard USB-C® cable, making it practical for both workshop and site use.
