The Forgefix Wafer Head Torx Compatible Construction Screws are engineered for professional-grade fixing into both softwood and hardwood applications. These premium construction screws feature a deep Torx compatible insert that significantly reduces cam-out, delivers higher torque levels and provides a firmer, more controlled drive. The super sharp tip ensures immediate bite from the very first turn, whilst the patented self-drilling thread eliminates the need to pre-drill timber and substantially reduces the probability of splitting, even when screwing close to the edge.

Each screw benefits from a hardened case and core construction for exceptional strength, and is protected by elementech 2000 surface treatment which provides corrosion resistance up to 30 times longer than some standard zinc coated screws. The screws are highly resistant to pull out and can flex by up to 35°, reducing the likelihood of shearing when used in flexible materials. Available in a range of lengths to suit various construction requirements, all variants are CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction.
