Gesipa Firebird Pro Gold Edition 18v Cordless Brushless Rivet Nut Tool
The Gesipa FireBird Pro Gold Edition 18V Cordless Brushless Rivet Nut Tool is a professional-grade solution engineered for heavy-duty industrial and construction applications demanding maximum setting force and long-term reliability. Built around the manufacturer-independent Cordless Alliance System (CAS), it delivers complete battery flexibility — a single platform compatible with over 400 devices across multiple brands.
Powered by a brushless DC motor, the FireBird Pro Gold Edition generates an exceptional 20,000 N setting force, enabling fast, secure installation of blind rivet nuts up to M12 in aluminium and steel, and up to M10 in stainless steel. Force-controlled operation protects the internal thread of the rivet nut while ensuring a strong, reliable anchor. The drilling and riveting processes are mechanically separated, with optimised torque, automatic shut-off, and automatic mandrel release.
Available as a body-only option or as a complete kit with battery, charger, and carry case.
Features and Benefits:
• CAS Battery System – Manufacturer-independent platform compatible with over 400 devices across multiple brands

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
