The Gesipa FireBird Pro S Gold Edition 18V Cordless Brushless Rivet Nut Tool is engineered for high-volume, precision rivet nut installation where consistent results are essential across uniform material thicknesses. Built on the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), it delivers complete battery compatibility across more than 400 CAS-enabled devices, all powered by a single battery platform.
This Gold Edition model features mechanical stroke setting, making it ideal for professional applications where the same rivet nut size and grip length are repeatedly installed. By mechanically adjusting the stroke, a constant and repeatable set result is achieved, improving consistency, reducing waste, and speeding up production on site.
Powered by a high-performance brushless DC motor, the FireBird Pro S Gold Edition delivers an impressive 20,000 N setting force, allowing reliable installation of blind rivet nuts up to M12 in aluminium and steel, and up to M10 in stainless steel. The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
