I cannot fault either the seller or the Greenworks mower, both wonderful. The customer service was impeccable, I asked many questions, and they were so helpful, courteous and efficient ...faultless .. The mower is a godsend, its even better than described .. Its a grown up mower !!! Well built, sturdy. It is Self propelled, on a sliding scale of a comfortable walk to a fast trot, or you don't need it at all, and its still easy. The start is so easy, its heaven after my petrol mower. It has single height control and 7 settings!!! Also the drag back is virtually non existent, when you have to pull it backwards, the large wheels see to that ! the handle is adjustable (I am short ), its just an amazing piece of kit, and the price was half what I'd pay for a "better?" brand ..My ONLY ONLY gripe and it isn't one really, I would have gone for a slightly smaller model, but there would have been no S.Propel. Its a lovely machine and I'm very happy to recommend

Quieter than a petrol mower. works just as well and is easy to operate. Being somewhat disabled this is easier to handle than a heavier model of similar abilities. A good buy.

Have only used this mower on two occasions since purchase a couple of weeks ago. It works very well so far and the self propelled feature is great for the older user. Seems powerful and cuts very well even on our lawn which is very uneven.
