Hultafors Chisel Knife

The Hultafors Chisel Knife is a robust chisel knife designed for precise cutting and mortice work. This professional-grade tool combines the functionality of a knife with a V-ground mortice chisel, making it ideal for carpentry and joinery applications where accuracy and durability are essential.

The blade is manufactured from 3mm Japanese carbon steel, hardened to 58–60 HRC for exceptional edge retention and strength. The cutting edge features a double edge angle and has been finished with honing on a leather strop, ensuring a razor-sharp finish suitable for detailed work. The 72mm blade length provides an optimal balance between control and cutting capacity for morticing and general cutting tasks.

Built for demanding site conditions, both the handle and supplied holster are constructed from extra-durable PP plastic. The sheath incorporates a unique attachment system that secures around a button on work clothes, preventing the knife from loosening during movement whilst remaining easy to remove when needed. The versatile sheath design fits equally well on belts or buttons, and the small pin on the cover can be cut away to accommodate thicker belts.
