ITL Insulated Junior Hacksaw

The ITL Insulated Junior Hacksaw is a fully insulated 150mm hacksaw designed for safe cutting operations in electrical and live working environments. This junior hacksaw exceeds international safety standards, making it an essential tool for electricians and contractors working near or on live circuits.

Manufactured from injection moulded nylon thermoplastic, this insulated hacksaw is rigorously tested to IEC60900 Category C and ASTM F1505 standards. Every tool undergoes 100% electrical testing at 1000 volts for 3 minutes whilst submerged in water, ensuring complete protection during operation. The robust construction is engineered to withstand extreme impact and abrasion, whilst the flame retardant properties provide additional safety assurance.

The hacksaw is supplied with a 25tpi blade suitable for cutting a variety of materials in confined spaces. Category C Impact Testing certifies its performance across an extended temperature range from -40°C to +70°C (-40°F to +158°F), making it reliable in extreme working conditions from cold outdoor installations to hot industrial environments.
