Karcher BVL 3/1 BP Professional 36v Cordless Backpack Vacuum Cleaner
The Kärcher BVL 3/1 BP is a professional-grade 36v cordless backpack vacuum cleaner engineered for demanding commercial environments. Weighing just 4.5kg, this ultra-lightweight machine features a housing made from Expanded PolyPropylene (EPP) – a material that's not only exceptionally light and 100% recyclable, but also robust enough to withstand daily professional use.
Designed for maximum mobility and convenience, the BVL 3/1 BP is ideal for vacuuming stairs, awkward spaces and crowded areas where traditional vacuum cleaners would be impractical. The control panel is cleverly mounted on the backpack harness, allowing operators to access all main functions without removing the unit. An energy-efficient brushless EC motor delivers powerful suction whilst maximising runtime, and the eco!efficiency mode further extends battery life when full power isn't required.
The vacuum features ambidextrous design, with the tube attachable on either side to suit left or right-handed users. Supplied with a floor nozzle and crevice nozzle, the unit is compatible with additional accessories from the Kärcher Professional range, including a HEPA-14 filter. Available in multiple configurations with varying battery options to suit different operational requirements.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

The Karcher 36v Battery Universe System is a range of 36v tools where all 36v batteries of all ah ratings fit all tools, allowing you to buy just a few batteries but as many of the range of bare tools that you need without the expense of a new batteries and chargers each time. Yellow DIY & Grey Professional are interchangeable providing they are of the same voltage.
