Excellent product to transfer water from the water butt to a karcher jet washer for car cleaning. Bought specifically for the drought conditions. The cable on the switch is very thick so it makes positioning the switch/float awkward to set accurately. An integral switch with flow activation and auto depth stop would make this a perfect product.
This pump is an excellent product which works really well in my 200 litre barrel. It does exactly what it says and does it efficiently. I did have cause to help a neighbour out of trouble in a recent flood - not only did it work well but it saved him from being put out of house at great cost!! Thank you!!
Have only just set it up as it has been raining since i bought it. it started well and i was very pleased with the performance although it was just a test run. when it stops raining will know better how reliable it is. perhaps it should have some sort of attached rope to get it out of the water butt.
Good output from hose pipe once primed when i tested it from my water butt.Not yet used in anger as has been raining since purchase.
Really pleased with performance. works with sprinkler just fine. well featured.
Very easy to set up. I am glad i went for the higher wattage model as the coverage is excellent. As this is an external appliance a plug cover would help. Very pleased with the appliance and would recommend it
