Excellent service, arrived in a few days. value for money very good, others wanting more. Haven't put to use yet but am sure it will work as it's quite straight forward. Will shop with this company again.

As we have not yet used the hose i can not rate it in more detail. But i can say how impressed i was with the ease of ordering and the quickness of delivery.... Faultless. A friend does have one of these and says they are brilliant, hence our purchase and in our past experience karcher is a brand you can trust.

Very usefull in these days of hosepipe bans, it does work , but without watching a karcher sales promo on qvc i would have struggled to get it to work , as there were no instructions!. I have an early pressure washer and didnt get full pressure at times,i think i may need to raise the water source as suggested below to achieve a more uniform pressure.

The product was as described and arrived quickly. I was aware that it should be primed but you have to be careful that no airlocks develop. i used it to spray mosskiller onto a roof and it was effective. the product is well made and good value for money.

Would definately use this company again. item delivered within 5 days. works really well with our karcher and the water butt. Cleaned the car and drive a treat. No loss of pressure either.

Typical karcher build quality and looks robust enough to last a long time. It arrived quickly with the only gripe being that there were no instructions in the box. I found out from a third party that it has to be primed by filling with water after unscrewing the filter or the karcher will be sucking air which is not good for the motor. Price was half that at qvc but i did find it at the same price at costco. They have probably run out of stock now. I can now take my karcher upstairs to clean the windows and roof as i dont need to run a hose. Also easier to clean the car without a hose.

This product arrived in very quick time. unfortunately i am having to return it as it is not compatible with my machine. this was my fault for purchasing so do make sure that your pressure washer is compatible

As already stated by a reviewer the hose needs to be longer, far too short, but once you get it going it works o.K. Good idea in drought hit areas.

This ended all my problems. had previously bought two other hoses as i would have preferred a longer hose. stick with this genuine karcher hose. usual prompt service.

Good tool for the price but with a couple of design tweaks it would be fantastic. The hose needs a finer filter to stop the tiny filter inside the karcher from blocking up. Tried to suction reasonably clear water from a water butt and filter repeatedly blocked up. Also if the end of the hose was rigid it would stay put and not flick out of whatever you're suctioning water from (taping a bit of bamboo to the end prevents this). Each time this happens the hose needs priming by trickling water into the end with a watering can. Minor irritations though and i have pressure cleaned paths from water in a bucket successfully and am pleased i bought it.

It arrived with no instructions at all apart from a diagram on the box explaining that the max amount of hose in a bucket should not be more the 1 metre. it didnt work! i had to call karcher who explained that the hose needed to be imersed under water to remove any air before it would work. i tried this and it works well.

It does work with the k2 pw's,however on the box k2 is ghosted out so not really for it.I have tried my k2 with it however you dont get the same power as with the mains pressure hose,but it does work, i am totally impressed with the product.

It took a little bit to get it to prime but once it had..... Great. The hose would be better if it was longer. Would buy again.

This hose and filter was hopeless and only produced a trickle of water with no pressure at all from my K pressure washer. It does not do as advertised, and despite this I am unable to get a refund. Avoid.

Q : Is this compatible with the Spear and Jackson 2000W pressure washer?
A : Good morning, Please do speak to Karcher directly as we do not have that information.
Q : Can you tell me if this is compatible with a Karcher K3 pressure model? I cannot see from the image provided how the nozzle would attach to the pressure washer.
A : Hi Tracy, I think that since this hose was first introduced Karcher have made some changes to their K series line up and it appears that none of the current K3 models are listed as compatible. If you look up the SH 5 suction hose on the Karcher website it will show you a complete compatibility list, and I would assume that the K3 you have probably won't work with it then I'm afraid. I'll add this compatibility list into the description on our website.
Q : Hi would like to know the type of water hose I should in use in a kacher 2 machine
A : Hi, I am guessing you are referring to a Karcher K2 pressure washer, but there have been several different machines with this model number so the best thing to do would be to consult the original user manual to see what specifications they list for the recommended hoses.
