Karcher XPERT DELUXE HD 7125 X Pressure Washer 160 Bar
Karcher Easy!Force Pressure Washers
Karcher Easy!Force Pressure Washers have the new Karcher trigger handle that requires almost no effort to hold down. These Pressure Washers also feature the new Easy!Lock quick connectors rather than the older screw type connectors.
Ensure you buy Easy!Lock accessories rather than the older screw type accessories to fit these pressure washers.
Karcher Suction Feature
All Karcher HD & HDS machines have the ability to use a static water source such as a barrel, water butt, pond or lake etc in place of a mains water supply. The performance of this feature can be impacted by distance to the water source and or height of this source in comparison to the machine itself. Try & keep the water source higher or at least level with the machine to maximise performance. You will need to purchase an additional Suction Hose Accessory.
To help determine the type of pressure washer required it is important to consider the size of your cleaning task and level of duty, i.e. how big is the cleaning object and how often will you need to clean it? Below is an explanation of the two main types of pressure washer. Whilst bar pressure is important the overiding factor in cleaning power is the water flow rate. More water = better cleaning.
Home & Garden (sometimes referred to as domestic, DIY or consumer).
Lightweight, easily portable and designed for regular use in a domestic environment, these machines range in power to suit the size of your cleaning task. Models featuring ‘water cooled motor’ technology offer greater performance, and top of the range machines are often fully loaded with accessories.
Xpert or Professional (sometimes referred to as commercial or industrial)
Heavy duty, robust and designed for maximum durability, Xpert or Professional machines have higher pressure and flow ratings, enabling you to clean with far greater speed and efficiency. These machines are not readily available on the high street or in DIY superstores and often feature upgraded components throughout
• Bar or PSI: Bar is the most common measure of pressure. PSI = bar x 14.5.
• Bar (max): This is the pressure achieved when the machine is first turned on
• Bar (rated) pressure: This is the operating water pressure of the machine.
• Motor size (kW): Motor size indicates power providing the machine runs efficiently.
• Flow Rate (l/h): Higher flow rates enable you to clean large areas or objects faster
Did You Know:
Pressure Washers use up to 80% less water than garden hosepipes.
Pressure Washers are not subject to hosepipe bans if used for safety reasons, or if a suction hose is used to pull water from a harvested source. i.e. not the water mains. They are also not subject to a ban if used for commercial reasons, for example to maintain cleanliness, hygiene or company image.
Important things to remember when using your pressure washer:
• Always use an RCD when using electrical products in connection with water.
• Never use a non-return valve at the pressure washer connection to a hose pipe.
• Never drive over or lay items on high pressure hoses to avoid damage.
• Your water supply hose should be a min of several meters long and unwound from its reel.
• If you are using an extension lead, check that it is rated at min of 13 amps and fully unwound from its reel.

Typical top quality from Karcher, mixed together with some juicy discounts from tooled up makes it excellent product. Switching from previous HD 6/13c to deluxe HD 7125 seems to do perfect jobs doing small maintenance cleans. Not as powerful as my previous old beast hd6/13c but not so power hungry either. Love the extra length on the hose 15m in total with reel. But do not buy karchers easy lock foam gun, as it is an utter rubish!! had to use my old aftermarket with adapter to fit easy lock
Was looking for new replacement pressure washer, had a Kranzle few years back of similar size but was a little disappointed in build quality, plastic parts not robust, that machine got stolen and was replaced by a cheap domestic karcher which tbh was not up to much but was just about ok, to get by however that machine did not last and the pump gave up. I looked at karcher k7 but felt the build quality would let me down so opted for this machine and so far I’m glad I did. Good piece of kit, plenty of guts and the build quality for the money is excellent. I am glad I choose it over any domestic.
The pressure washer had been a good buy for me. I can now do the cleaning of paths and similar jobs with ease. Then there’s the car washing and with the tools supplied it makes for a decent outcome leaving the cars gleaming. If there’s a downside then its the weight of the machine.
This is a great bit of kit. however, after deliberating i decided i didn't need this size and didn't want to spend extra on the accessories. so i asked if i could return it. i can not fault the service i have received from tooled up! really great customer service which in today's times should be shouted about! All returned and refunded. thank you!
My purchasing experience - from first view of the tooled-up website to delivery of my order was second to none. website 'userbility' is first class, there are a lot of high profile, high volume websites that could learn from this. shopping basket and final payment confirmation provided confidence in a well oiled system. I placed my order at 15.00hrs and 30 minutes later my order was confirmed i reveived a dispatch confirmation email! 20 minutes after that i was told that my delivery driver would be contacting me before 10am the next day to confirm a hour window delivery slot for that afternoon. it was a seamless process from start to finish. Oh yes..And the karcher xpert delux hd pressure washer is the mutts nuts. you get what you pay for. End of.
Although the unit is now working well, it would be prudent of Karcher to give some assistance in commissioning the unit. I say this as the main pressure outlet pipe was not connected correctly - the pin to secure the pipe was lying in the bottom of the box with no information as to its use.It required the front cover to work off of to cut the oil vent and again to fit the securing pin. My experience using a gernie 3000a over the last 20 years proved useful in solving the problem, but a less experienced person would have a problem and would need to contact yourselves for advice.
Good all round product.
I bought this specifically for washing my car and my partners. I wanted a good quality reliable yet powerful machine that would last for years. Couldn't ask for any more when this turned up! What a beast! Would thoroughly recommend to any who's after spending a bit more then the typical cheap plastic home washers, commercial brass pump and quality build is certainly the way forward.
It's great that all karcher models including these commercial range now suck water from a water butt, which is the main reason for me buying this machine.
Well built and powerful
Use jet washers regularly for cleaning roofs and this has cut the time in half. The nozzle that comes with this just seems to cut straight through grime quicker than more powerful and heavier petrol washers
What a great washer this is good quality and works very well tooled up deserve an award for thier service
Customer Questions & Answers
Q : what dose before use cut nipple of air vent mean? where is this nipple please ty xx
A : Hi Kathleen, I've checked with our technical department but unfortunately they're not sure what this refers to, and there doesn't seem to be any mention of it in the user manual. I notice in a previous review a customer mentioned having to remove the front panel to do something similar, but I think the safest thing to do would be to contact Karcher's customer service department to see if they can confirm that instruction and advise where this part is located.
Q : Can this run on water tank
A : With a suction hose fitted (not included) the HD 7125 X can draw water from a water tank but only from a height of up to half a metre
Q : Can I run hot water through this Karcher Xpert Deluxe HD 7125?
A : I can confirm that the maximum feed temperature for this machine is 60°C
