Excellent piece of equipment, although just a wee bit expensive. Handles lovely, no leakage at joints, lightweight and simple to use. On/off thumb control for flow is a boon.

Nice Watering lance but arrived damaged, contacted tool-up but only offered to refund the postage, I said that was not acceptable and I wanted a replacement but I was told they were out of stock and could have a £10 refund. I looked on website to see that It could be delivered with in 4 days. Rubbish service from tooled-up so I will not buy from them again as this is not the first problem I have had with them, Rubbish

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
