Makita DMR203 18v Cordless Bluetooth Jobsite Speaker
The Makita DMR203 is a cordless Bluetooth jobsite speaker designed to deliver powerful audio on construction sites and workshops. Powered by Makita's 10.8-18V LXT or CXT lithium-ion batteries or via the included AC adaptor, this versatile speaker combines professional-grade durability with advanced audio technology. The speaker features True Wireless Stereo (TWS) technology, allowing you to wirelessly pair two DMR203 speakers for enhanced stereo sound, or connect up to ten units simultaneously to a single mobile device for comprehensive site coverage.
Built to withstand demanding work environments, the DMR203 boasts IP65-rated dust and shower-proof construction with protective elastomer bumpers that guard against rough handling. The speaker delivers rich, deep bass through its 101.6mm woofer working in tandem with an 89mm passive radiator, whilst a 36mm tweeter ensures clear high frequencies. Six selectable sound modes cater to different music genres, with a customisable MY EQ mode allowing independent adjustment of treble, midrange and bass. A colour LCD panel displays track information, whilst the built-in storage compartment doubles as a charging station for your mobile device.
Ideal for contractors, site managers and tradespeople working across multiple locations, the DMR203 offers flexible power options that integrate seamlessly with existing Makita battery systems. The flat anti-slip top surface provides a stable platform for tools or devices, whilst the carry handle ensures easy transport between work areas. An AUX-IN jack provides wired connectivity options when required.
Please note this speaker is not compatible with Makita G-Series batteries or older Ni-CAD and Ni-MH battery types.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
